Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Principal Scientist to design an AI-reasoning platform for translational safety in drug discovery. Design next-generation agent memory systems enabling context-aware decision-making across discovery-to-development pipeline
Establish uncertainty quantification frameworks and standards for trustworthy AI-driven scientific reasoning
Lead research teams and mentor staff on computational drug discovery and emerging AI/ML applications
Validate AI agent performance through rigorous benchmarking against human experts and establish publication-ready findings
