Role summary
Clinical operations support scientist within bioanalytical discovery and development, responsible for pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic research projects, sample management, and study data deliveries across therapeutic areas. Role involves coordinating with internal groups and external partners to ensure timely completion of clinical and nonclinical study activities.

- Bachelor's degree with 3 years relevant experience, or Master's with 2 years, or PhD with 1 year
- Sample management experience required
- Experience reviewing technical lab documents such as protocols and statements of work
- Proficiency with LIMS database systems such as Watson or LabVantage
- GLP/GCP compliance knowledge and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
What you'll be doing
- Execute PK/PD research projects supporting drug candidate development and characterization
- Participate in bioanalytical study deliveries and sample management across clinical and nonclinical trials
- Define studies in LIMS systems to enable sample inventory and analysis tracking
- Generate status reports on sample data activities and bioanalysis timelines for multiple studies
- Partner with clinical development operations, laboratories, and CROs to establish bioanalytical requirements
