Role summary
Senior compensation leader serving as primary advisor to Global Support Functions on rewards strategy, pay governance, and talent market insights. Reports to Executive Director and partners with HR leaders across technical, digital, and executive populations to align compensation decisions with business priorities.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Minimum eight years progressive compensation experience including job architecture, market pricing, and pay structure design
- Proven track record advising senior business and HR leaders at executive level
- Strong quantitative and analytical capability with data modeling and cost analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Workday and HRIS platforms
- Experience in global, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholder management
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or equivalent credential preferred
What you'll be doing
- Serve as trusted rewards partner to HR colleagues, identifying compensation opportunities and shaping reward solutions
- Lead market intelligence activities including benchmarking, survey analysis, and competitive assessments for specialized talent populations
- Advise on reward implications of organizational restructures, acquisitions, and critical-skill hiring initiatives
- Support complex compensation offers for new hires, promotions, and business-critical positions
- Apply AI tools to enhance compensation research, analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes
