Role summary
Avantor seeks a Tradeshow Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of flagship tradeshows globally. The role combines event strategy, vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination to drive brand awareness and measurable business impact across life-science markets.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years progressive experience in tradeshow, events, marketing, or agency environments
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end large-scale tradeshow planning and execution
- Strong contract negotiation, budget management, and project management capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Cvent, and event measurement platforms
- Healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or bioprocess industry experience preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
What you'll be doing
- Develop strategic recommendations for global and flagship tradeshow participation aligned to business objectives
- Lead negotiation of exhibit space, sponsorships, and event contracts to maximize value and cost efficiencies
- Manage a portfolio of tradeshows while providing oversight and governance for regional events
- Oversee logistics, registration, housing, booth assets, and onsite execution across multiple shows
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis, lead metrics reporting, and strategic recommendations for future participation
Compensation$97,500.00 - $156,975.00 base
