Role summary
Revolution Medicines seeks a Manager of HR Operations in Tokyo to oversee day-to-day employee services, manage HR processes across the full lifecycle, and lead operational improvements. The role reports to the Director of HR Japan with dotted-line accountability to the US People Operations leadership.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum six years HR operations experience with at least two years leading teams
- Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, and data controls
- Working knowledge of Japanese employment law and data privacy regulations
- Experience managing projects, vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives
- Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent communication skills

- Lead employee onboarding, transitions, leave management, and offboarding with accuracy and timeliness
- Convert HR policies into documented procedures, controls, and team workflows
- Oversee HR information systems, data quality, reporting, and vendor performance
- Track service metrics and employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage adoption of technology and automation to streamline HR operations
