Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director to lead global legal template transformation within the Global Simplification and Innovation in Contracting program. Strong legal judgment balancing risk, compliance, business value, and user experience
Fluency in automation, analytics, and structured data; knowledge of AI applications preferred

What you'll be doing

Own global legal template transformation roadmap, priorities, deliverables, and measurable outcomes
Lead assessment, consolidation, simplification, and approval of templates, clauses, and playbooks across the enterprise
Establish plain-language, user-centered content standards maintaining legal protections while reducing complexity and cycle time
Lead localization of globally neutral content and build end-to-end operating model including governance, roles, and maintenance
Lead cross-functional team and partner on implementation planning, stakeholder alignment, training, adoption, and continuous improvement
