Role summary
The Associate Director leads strategy and operations for employee engagement programs globally, including giving, volunteering, and community initiatives. - Lead strategy and operations of employee giving platform, fund disbursement, and compliance processes
- Develop and execute employee volunteering programs including global champions network and Dollars for Doers
- Manage vendor relationships, governance, and collaboration to optimize program operations and user experience
- Partner with communications teams to drive awareness and participation through targeted campaigns and outreach
- Monitor participation, activity, and outcomes to measure employee engagement and social impact effectiveness
