What you'll be doing

Lead cross-functional teams to translate scientific needs into sequenced roadmap for agentic AI capabilities
Drive scientific and technical leadership for internal development of co-scientist system skills and orchestration patterns
Define evidence-based frameworks and governance to evaluate commercial, partnership, and internally developed agentic AI options
Establish validation standards and acceptance criteria for correctness, reliability, and measurable scientific impact
Represent the initiative to executive stakeholders, communicating strategy, progress, risks, and resource needs
