Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Principal Scientist to lead translational biology research for clinical-stage cell therapy assets in oncology and autoimmune indications.   • Proficiency with flow cytometry, cell culture, imaging techniques, and Incucyte software
  • Experience with high-content data analysis (transcriptomic, proteomic) and Electronic Lab Notebooks
  • Familiarity with drug development process from IND filing through late-stage development preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and lead focused research projects with independent judgment in experimental design and interpretation
  • Design and execute translational data packages supporting regulatory submissions and indication expansion
  • Contribute to biomarker strategy and patient stratification approaches for clinical guidance
  • Lead development and optimization of novel in vitro assays and translational research models
  • Serve as technical subject matter expert and mentor to junior scientists; represent team on cross-functional program teams
