- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

- Develop and lead focused research projects with independent judgment in experimental design and interpretation
- Design and execute translational data packages supporting regulatory submissions and indication expansion
- Contribute to biomarker strategy and patient stratification approaches for clinical guidance
- Lead development and optimization of novel in vitro assays and translational research models
- Serve as technical subject matter expert and mentor to junior scientists; represent team on cross-functional program teams
