Role summary
Illumina seeks a Staff Scientist to lead IVD assay development and next-generation sequencing projects for molecular diagnostics and precision oncology. - Drive technical decision-making and continuous improvement across functional teams
- Execute formal verification and validation protocols following CLSI and industry standards
- Manage and mentor scientists through study design, execution, analysis, and documentation
- Author regulatory reports and present results, risks, and technology roadmaps to leadership
