What you'll be doing

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for RNAscope product lines via chat, phone, email, and on-site visits
Serve as primary contact for customer technical issues and scientific consultation
Monitor support communications and resolve customer issues within guaranteed response times
Log and track recurring support issues using Salesforce CRM for resolution
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to communicate product performance feedback
