Role summary
Principal Scientist leading chemical synthesis strategy for PMO and modified ASO oligonucleotide payloads at a neuromuscular disease-focused biotech. - Oversee preclinical process development, analytical development, and GMP manufacturing for IND-enabling studies
- Serve as primary technical lead for external CDMO partners and drive aggressive development timelines
- Develop CMC strategies and contribute to global regulatory filings including IND and IMPD submissions
- Ensure manufacturing processes are scalable, robust, and cost-effective while supporting bioconjugation platform optimization
