- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain competitive pay ranges and salary structures for EMEA/APAC locations
- Manage salary survey submissions and conduct compensation analysis for new roles and hires
- Support annual compensation cycle including salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and incentives
- Administer employee benefits including new hire enrollment, changes, and offboarding across regions
- Oversee benefit renewals, vendor negotiations, and cost tracking for budget planning
