Role summary

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management systems (RAM)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and work in cleanroom/ISO environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
What you'll be doing
- Oversee day-to-day operations of maintenance trades, custodial, grounds, and building services
- Organize and prioritize maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance scheduling
- Coordinate facility shutdowns, contractor schedules, and equipment inspections for code compliance
- Manage cGMP documentation, quality incident investigations, and CAPA completion
- Foster safety awareness, promote housekeeping standards, and ensure audit-ready facility conditions
