Role summary
Baxter seeks a Field Sales Performance Manager for its Advanced Surgery division across the North Region. This leadership role focuses on developing sales talent, delivering clinical and commercial training, and coaching field representatives to drive performance and adoption of best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative problem-solving and influence-management capabilities
- Valid driver's license and proximity to major metropolitan airport; 50%+ travel required
What you'll be doing
- Coach and mentor sales representatives through field rides, 1:1 calls, and quarterly business reviews
- Develop and deliver educational content and training programs for new and tenured sales representatives
- Build and sustain performance culture by mentoring new hires across commercial skills, customer knowledge, and product knowledge
- Partner with Area Vice President and training leadership to identify and deliver role-specific training needs
- Lead or facilitate regional and national sales meetings and new-product training initiatives
Compensation$110,000-$130,000 annually, plus Sales Incentive Plan eligibility
