- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field
- 7+ years progressive facilities management, engineering, or operations leadership experience
- Experience managing critical infrastructure in regulated, technical, laboratory, or manufacturing environments
- Proven team leadership in maintenance, engineering, and facility operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, chilled water, compressed air, and building automation systems
- Understanding of cGMP, FDA, ISO, OSHA, EPA regulatory requirements preferred
- Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP, PE, LEED, or CSP desirable
What you'll be doing
- Lead strategic oversight of facilities operations, engineering, security, maintenance, and site services
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of building infrastructure and critical utility systems
- Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for equipment reliability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, energy reduction, and performance
- Manage annual operating budgets, capital projects, and vendor relationships for facility services
