Role summary
This field-based role supports customer success for analytical laboratory instruments across nine eastern U.S. states. The Associate Executive manages director-level customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, collaborates with internal teams to optimize customer experience, and identifies opportunities for product adoption and contract renewal.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or similar field
- 7+ years customer success experience in large-scale organizations
- Clinical laboratory experience such as medical technologist or lab manager
- Ability to navigate matrixed environments and work cross-functionally
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consensus-building skills
- Experience with hospital and lab informatics systems
- Willingness to travel over 50%

- Establish and maintain customer relationships with director-level clients through full lifecycle
