Role summary
Danaher's Masimo is seeking a Territory Manager to develop and execute sales strategy for alternate care markets in Houston and east Texas. The role involves managing customer relationships across physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and post-acute care settings while driving revenue through device and solution sales.

- 3+ years selling medical device solutions to acute or alternate care markets
- Experience calling on home care, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and EMS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build partnerships
- Strategic sales planning and execution experience
- Proven ability to develop new customer relationships and manage existing accounts
- Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to travel 50-80% and lift up to 60 lbs
What you'll be doing
- Develop and convert new alternate care customers to Masimo products and meet assigned sales quota
- Generate sales pipeline and identify key targets to achieve monthly revenue objectives
- Collaborate with regional leadership and clinical support to expand market presence and close contracts
- Provide product training to customers and support distribution representatives
- Build relationships with clinical support and hospital account executives to support continuum of care strategy
Compensation$70,000/year base; also eligible for bonus/incentive pay
