What you'll be doing

Execute brand strategy and achieve sales performance targets, KPIs, and financial objectives
Develop and implement territory call plans to optimize customer coverage, frequency, and sales opportunities
Build trusted customer relationships by proactively addressing needs, handling objections, and creating win-win agreements
Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to enhance brand performance
Gather and communicate market intelligence including competitive landscape, customer needs, and clinical insights to internal teams
