Role summary
Co-op position supporting the Automation and Operational Technology team at Johnson & Johnson's Raritan manufacturing site. Gain hands-on experience with automation systems, process control technologies, industrial data platforms, and digital manufacturing solutions in pharmaceutical production.

- Currently enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field
- Available to work full-time for entire co-op term at Raritan, New Jersey location
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
- Preferred: coursework in automation, controls, PLCs, SCADA, or data analytics tools
What you'll be doing
- Support manufacturing automation systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Assist automation engineers with equipment integration projects and design reviews
- Support data collection, visualization, and industrial data integration activities
- Participate in system qualification, testing, and validation activities for compliance
- Analyze performance data and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing
