What you'll be doing

Serve as Scrum Master for 1–3 agile teams focused on data and analytics delivery
Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain backlog alignment to business priorities
Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint goals and continuous improvement
Track team metrics and report progress to leadership; coordinate across stakeholders
