Deliver annual people processes including performance, talent, and reward cycles with accuracy
Support and manage workforce concern cases, assess risk, and escalate appropriately
Generate workforce insights and reporting to support business decision-making
Support strategic workforce planning and identify digital/AI improvement opportunities
