Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Senior Training/Education Specialist in Bogotá to lead training and change management initiatives for Pricing & Contracting transformation programs. The role involves designing learning strategies, developing training materials, facilitating sessions, and measuring adoption success to support organizational process changes.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- Four years leading training design and delivery for technology implementations or business transformations
- Strong instructional design skills with ability to create engaging, role-based learning materials
- Experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training and supporting end-user system adoption
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and TechSmith applications
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, or CLM platforms preferred
- Fluent English
What you'll be doing
- Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house training programs for Pricing and Contracting employees
- Prepare training materials, develop course content, and determine instructional methodology
- Ensure training programs meet company and internal stakeholder objectives through ongoing communication
- Facilitate training sessions and coordinate with subject matter experts and trainers
- Continuously revise lesson plans to incorporate new requirements and maintain technical accuracy
