- Proven experience optimizing synthesis and downstream processing steps including cleavage and purification
What you'll be doing
- Design and execute oligonucleotide synthesis workflows with focus on phosphoramidite chemistry and solid-phase methods
- Apply organic chemistry principles to improve synthesis efficiency, yield, and product quality
- Develop and optimize post-synthesis process steps using LC-MS and complementary analytical techniques
- Evaluate and implement new reagents, chemistries, or process improvements for oligo synthesis platforms
Compensation$135,000-$160,000 base, eligible for bonus/incentive pay
