What you'll be doing

Lead Boston mass spectrometry group supporting in vitro and in vivo pharmacology discovery needs
Shape strategy for MS-enabled assay development, experimental design, and quantitative pharmacology applications
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop assays informing mechanism, potency, selectivity, and translational decisions
Provide scientific guidance to bench scientists on assay selection, study design, and data interpretation
Mentor and develop scientists while fostering culture of scientific rigor and collaboration across local and global teams
