What you'll be doing

  • Lead Boston mass spectrometry group supporting in vitro and in vivo pharmacology discovery needs
  • Shape strategy for MS-enabled assay development, experimental design, and quantitative pharmacology applications
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop assays informing mechanism, potency, selectivity, and translational decisions
  • Provide scientific guidance to bench scientists on assay selection, study design, and data interpretation
  • Mentor and develop scientists while fostering culture of scientific rigor and collaboration across local and global teams
