Role summary

- Track record mentoring engineers and establishing engineering practices
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML algorithms from exploration through production deployment
- Set technical direction across projects, influencing modeling, data, and product design strategy
- Translate clinical and product requirements into scalable, deployable AI/ML solutions
- Build MLOps infrastructure and experimentation pipelines to accelerate team velocity
- Mentor engineers and partner with clinical, regulatory, and engineering teams on market readiness
