Role summary

Senior HR Business Partner role supporting enabling functions across China, partnering with leaders in Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit. Drives organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and employee engagement for approximately 300 employees across the region, based in Shanghai.

8–10 years HR experience with multinational HR business partnering background
Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
Fluent in Chinese and English
Business acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in matrix environments
Experience supporting organizational change initiatives (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Support annual HR processes including Human Resources Review, compensation planning, and Employee Involvement Survey
Analyze organizational metrics to improve efficiency and support workforce planning initiatives
Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness
Support organizational changes, restructuring, and integration projects with communication and adoption strategies
