What you'll be doing

Set multi-year scientific and organizational strategy for Protein Analytics & Biophysics aligned with company platform and portfolio priorities
Define and develop next-generation miniaturized, pooled, and high-throughput biophysical measurement capabilities for protein therapeutics
Lead evolution and optimization of conventional analytical platforms including HPLC, LC/MS, electrophoresis, and biosensor technologies
Partner across Prototyping, Technology, Data Sciences, and Biology to design, validate, and operationalize new assay concepts into production systems
Establish data quality standards, analytical frameworks, and controls enabling confident use of high-throughput measurements for model training and decision-making
