What you'll be doing

Independently design, lead, and manage novel technical projects for LNP formulation, conjugation, purification, and process development
Design and execute DOE-based experiments to optimize LNP formulations and associated manufacturing processes
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior and associate scientists on experimental design and troubleshooting
Lead root-cause investigations for process variability or formulation performance issues and recommend corrective actions
Prepare technical documentation including reports, protocols, batch records, and SOPs with clear scientific rationale
