Proficiency in multiple injection routes in rodents including subcutaneous, intravenous, intrathecal, and intracerebroventricular
Experience conducting pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic studies in rodent models
Expertise in rodent surgical techniques including stereotaxic injections and anesthesia monitoring
Knowledge of rodent anatomy for necropsy procedures and tissue collection
Familiarity with rodent behavioral assessment methods

What you'll be doing

Design and execute complex in vivo rodent studies across CNS and other therapeutic programs in collaboration with cross-functional scientists
Perform surgical procedures and multiple routes of drug administration with anesthesia monitoring and tissue sampling
Conduct dose-response, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic, tolerability and efficacy studies in mice and rats
Assess animal phenotypes using behavioral assays and analyze experimental data using appropriate statistical methods
Maintain breeding colonies, perform genotyping, prepare samples for molecular assays, and document records and protocols
