- Strong grasp of experimental design, documentation, and protocol validation practices

- Experience developing, optimizing, and validating automation workflows across 96 and 384-well formats
What you'll be doing
- Design and execute large-scale automation protocols for single-cell assays, molecular assays, CRISPR screens, and 3D cell culture models
- Collaborate with biologists, data analysts, and subject matter experts to develop scalable, reproducible workflows
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced automation platforms and analytical instruments
- Communicate assay objectives, protocols, and experimental results to stakeholders and senior leadership through presentations and reports
