What you'll be doing
- Lead translational medicine operations overseeing biospecimen management from study startup through closeout
- Develop and execute biospecimen operational strategies including collection, processing, shipment, and archival
- Manage central laboratory and vendor relationships including contracts, assay support, and performance monitoring
- Partner cross-functionally with translational medicine, clinical operations, and external vendors on biomarker activities
- Monitor biospecimen quality and data integrity through deviation management and root cause analysis
