Track record of meaningful contributions to peer-reviewed publications

What you'll be doing

Synthesize multimodal data including microscopy, spatial proteomics, RNA-seq, and human cohort data to uncover disease mechanisms
Analyze perturbation screens and in vitro models to identify and prioritize potential therapeutic targets
Partner with experimental biologists on assay design, optimization, and validation of mechanistic hypotheses
Develop and benchmark computational workflows, define performance metrics, and select appropriate analytical solutions
Communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations
