Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Counsel to provide legal expertise to the Global Supply Chain organization on trade, customs, sanctions, and human rights matters. - Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior executives on high-impact legal matters
- Proven experience leading across large, global, matrixed organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior-level audiences
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple complex projects with speed and quality
What you'll be doing
- Advise Global Supply Chain organization on complex legal issues in clinical and commercial product supply networks
- Provide legal counsel on global trade matters including tariffs, sanctions, customs compliance, and export controls
- Advise on human rights matters including forced labor due diligence, responsible sourcing, and supply chain transparency
- Monitor evolving global trade and supply chain regulations; proactively brief senior leadership on business impact and risk mitigation
- Draft, review, and negotiate supply, logistics, transportation, and warehousing agreements
