Role summary
Director-level role overseeing strategic Total Rewards initiatives across compensation, benefits, mobility, and wellness programs. Reports to Senior Director of Global Compensation and partners with cross-functional HR and business leaders to design scalable operating models and governance frameworks.

- 10+ years in compensation, finance, HR analytics, HR business partnering, or consulting in large organizations
- Experience developing and implementing technology solutions for global people strategy; Workday experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and technical data analysis skills
- M&A due diligence and integration experience

What you'll be doing
- Lead design and implementation of Total Rewards operating models, governance structures, and transformation initiatives
- Develop governance frameworks supporting enterprise decision-making and execution across Total Rewards portfolio
- Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, and leadership updates to drive accountability and alignment
- Provide strategic compensation partnership and market insights for designated corporate functions
