  • Lead integrated global communications and public affairs strategies for solid tumor portfolio and pipeline aligned with business priorities
  • Partner with regional and market teams to co-create adaptable strategies across priority markets
  • Develop market-shaping strategies anticipating external trends and strengthening stakeholder engagement on access and innovation
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders across R&D, commercial, supply chain, and other functions
  • Lead and develop team members and agency partners while fostering inclusive, high-performing culture focused on measurable impact
