What you'll be doing

Design custom RNAscope probes for target sequences using proprietary software and sequence alignment tools
Review and process New Probe Request forms to ensure accurate and efficient probe designs
Provide technical support and scientific consultation to customers regarding probe design and product use via phone and email
Collaborate with commercial and R&D teams on product development, training, and customer problem-solving
Monitor support queues and contribute to knowledge base development for the probe design team
