What you'll be doing
- Coordinate resources and logistics for local market development events hosted by sales and marketing teams
- Support mobile system programs to facilitate sales events and marketing symposia
- Serve as communication liaison between sales, marketing, and third-party vendors to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Manage inventory of instruments and accessories; coordinate shipments to and from national events
- Execute recurring quarterly deliverables including reporting packages and performance reports
