Role summary

What you'll be doing

Lead end-to-end proposal development from client inquiry through contract award
Develop and author proposals, statements of work, and commercial documentation aligned with revenue objectives
Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, quality, regulatory, finance, and executives
Analyze RFP requirements and study designs to develop competitive, compliant service offerings
Serve as primary contact for proposal communications between clients and internal stakeholders
