- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum five years EHS experience in GMP manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or R&D
- Minimum five years broad EHS experience with occupational safety and industrial hygiene foundation
- Minimum three years conducting facility and laboratory audits
- Minimum two years performing ergonomic assessments and implementing corrective actions
- Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies, inspectors, and external auditors
- CSP, CIH, or CHMM certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute operational risk assessment and ergonomics assessment programs across office, manufacturing, laboratory, and warehouse settings
- Perform hazard, risk, exposure, and ergonomic assessments for current and future processes using change management documentation
- Support daily operations across Summit campus including GMP cell therapy manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Warehouse, and Quality Control labs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, safety, and health regulations and standards
- Conduct incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and participate in regulatory inspections and audits
