What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain relationships with scientific and managerial stakeholders at customer R&D sites
- Track molecule pipeline status and process footprint to identify technology seeding opportunities
- Design and execute process and product validation trials with customers through scale-up and manufacturing readiness
- Monitor new process landscape within accounts and flag footprint changes and risks early
- Execute structured handovers of validated programs to commercial teams with stakeholder maps and validation evidence
Compensation$100,000-$125,000 base, plus sales incentive plan and car allowance
