Role summary
Johnson & Johnson Vision Care is recruiting summer interns for the Process Engineering organization in Jacksonville, Florida. Interns will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and process improvement while working on cross-functional projects from May to August.

- Actively enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in mechanical, materials, chemical engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2.8 GPA and completed at least one year of coursework
- Full-time availability, 40 hours per week for May–August internship
- U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship requirements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Own transportation to Jacksonville work location
What you'll be doing
- Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Monitor key operational performance indicators and report results against business objectives
