- Experience with cell-structured organizations
- Ability to spend 50%+ time on production floor
- Minimum 4 days per week on-site presence
What you'll be doing
- Own strategic initiatives, operational targets, and functional goals impacting manufacturing unit performance
- Lead Total Manufacturing System cycle and Daily Team Management activities to cascade targets into actionable goals
- Champion continuous improvement programs including BDPS and CI initiatives across the manufacturing unit
- Conduct performance evaluations and regular one-on-one meetings; develop mentoring relationships with team members
- Partner with logistics on production scheduling and monitor delivery performance against established targets
