Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director of R&D Process Development for biosurgery medical devices in Raritan, New Jersey. - Deep expertise in reaction engineering, downstream processing, and process modeling
- Knowledge of FDA QSR, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971 requirements

- Lead end-to-end process development from laboratory through commercial scale manufacturing transfer
- Develop and optimize scalable, robust manufacturing processes meeting quality and regulatory targets
- Partner with Technical Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality on equipment selection and process technologies
- Design and analyze experiments to determine critical process parameters and yield impacts
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing team of process engineers and scientists
