Proficiency in R, Python, and bioinformatics tools including PLINK and Hail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
Prior cardiovascular or cardiometabolic therapeutic domain experience strongly preferred
Mendelian randomization and multi-omics data integration experience highly desirable

What you'll be doing

Perform GWAS, fine-mapping, and statistical genetics analyses on large-scale genomic datasets
Analyze and integrate multi-omics data to identify causal variants and disease-associated pathways
Identify and prioritize genetic targets for therapeutic intervention based on statistical evidence
Develop bioinformatics pipelines for genomic and electronic health records data processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings at conferences and in publications
