Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Principal Scientist to serve as technical lead for growth factor-based bone graft products, partnering with CG BIO on commercialization and lifecycle management of the Novosis portfolio for spine and orthopedic indications.

- Track record optimizing carrier materials and release kinetics for biologics
- Demonstrated success engaging and educating surgeons and key opinion leaders
- Strong regulatory knowledge of biologics and combination products (BLA, PMA, 510(k), HCT/P)
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary technical expert and liaison between CG BIO external teams and DePuy Synthes internal groups
- Lead optimization of Novosis formulations and procedural kits for spine and trauma markets
- Translate surgeon needs into technical specifications and development strategies
- Develop training modules and educational materials for sales and marketing teams
- Conduct peer-to-peer education with surgeons and present at technical conferences
