Role summary
Principal Scientist position in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) supporting oncology and immunology programs. Lead DMPK efforts across peptide and protein therapeutics, design discovery studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple research sites.

- Experience with translational PK/PD/efficacy relationships and quantitative pharmacology in discovery settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in collaborative, fast-paced environments
What you'll be doing
- Serve as subject matter expert and project-team representative for multi-modality DMPK activities in oncology and immunology
- Design and execute in vitro and in vivo studies to characterize ADME and pharmacokinetic properties of therapeutics
- Analyze study data to evaluate drug disposition impact on disease biology, pharmacological response, and safety
- Contribute to global DMPK strategy through collaboration with discovery and early development teams across multiple sites
