What you'll be doing

Lead antiviral discovery programs from target identification through candidate selection and progression
Design and execute in vitro virology studies with hands-on involvement in assays and data interpretation
Identify and evaluate novel antiviral targets, therapeutic concepts, and disease models to strengthen scientific understanding
Mentor scientists, maintain experimental rigor standards, and foster collaborative research culture
Communicate scientific insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership via publications and presentations
