What you'll be doing
- Lead and enhance operating models for Integration Management Office and Alliance Management functions
- Establish standardized templates, reporting mechanisms, and governance frameworks for executive committees
- Steward integration playbooks, alliance methodologies, and operational standards across the enterprise
- Own enterprise integration and alliance knowledge repository, including GAM database and collaboration platforms
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting for integration and alliance portfolio performance
