Role summary

- Associate degree in biotechnology or chemistry with 9 years pharmaceutical analytical chemistry experience, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in science field with 8 years pharmaceutical analytical chemistry experience
- Master's degree in science field with 6 years pharmaceutical analytical chemistry experience
- PhD in science field with 4 years pharmaceutical analytical chemistry experience
- At least one year people leadership and client-facing project management experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs unassisted and perform extensive standing, walking, and physical tasks
- Capability to work with hazardous chemicals with appropriate communication and sensory abilities
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and mentor team of 3-6 scientists and laboratory personnel with training and performance management
- Lead quality and safety initiatives by establishing and monitoring standards across laboratory operations
- Ensure compliance with cGMPs and standard operating procedures for all analytical work and documentation
- Author and review analytical procedures, validation documents, and regulatory submission materials
- Serve as analytical representative for internal and external clients on commercial and pre-commercial projects
